*READ THIS* - This is the leave of absence form. If you will be inactive from the unit for a period of time or cannot attend an official event such as a training or an operation, you will be required to fill out this form and give your reasoning. Please fill out the proper form completely for it to be accepted. Already missed the event and didn't post an LOA? No problem, just post one when you have the time. However be warned, missing an event without a written LOA will result in an Infraction Point (IP) being added to your name on the roster! Don't procrastinate when you write these, as it greatly assists in unit organization when LOA's are posted in a timely manner.
